Q: How long will it take my order to ship?

Generally we try to get all orders out within 3-4 business days. Estimate transit time is calculated during checkout.

Q: What happens if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged feel free to reach out to us using the contact form and we will assist you in getting the damaged items replaced.

Q: Do you ship international?

Currently we do not ship international but we are hoping to add this soon.

Q: Do you attend cons/events?

We have been at Anime Pasadena the last two years and we are looking to attend more, follow us on Instagram to see when we will be at another event.
